Why Should You Choose An Accredited Assessor?
All Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA's) are required to be a member of an accreditation body. The accreditation bodies 'police' the system to ensure that all DEA's are complying with the Government Guidelines and National Occupational Standards required to produce Energy Performance Certificates.
The accreditation bodies are required to audit all DEA's annually, this audit may include, visiting properties that have had energy surveys carried out and being present during energy surveys.
Domestic-Energy-Assessors.Co.Uk are a member of the accreditation body 'NHER'. Our accreditation enrolment number is NHER001635.
